Who ships your medication

If a prescription is issued, your medication ships directly from the state-licensed pharmacy that prepared it. Mortal Healthcare does not take possession of medication at any point.

Packaging

Injectable medications ship in insulated, temperature-protected packaging.

Tracking

Tracking information appears in your patient portal when the pharmacy ships your order. Delivery timing is set by the pharmacy and the carrier and is shown with your order details.
